Extra bed policy
Supplement for an extra bed for adults for the accommodation in the Hotel will be charged 25% of the room price per person/day. Possibility of extra bed is only valid for deluxe room type on a sofa bed.

Advance payment
Season III and IV (21.06.-30.09.) - reservation guarantee is advanced payment in amount of 100% at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
Season II (01.05.-20.06. and 01.10.-31.10) - reservation guarantee is advanced payment in amount of 100% at least 3 days prior to the arrival date.
Season I (01.01.-30.04. and 01.11.-31.12.) - reservation guarantee is advanced payment in amount of 100% at least 1 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancelation fee
Season III and IV (21.06.-30.09.) free cancellation up to 7 days prior to the arrival, if cancelled 30 or in case of no show cancellation fee is 100%.
Season II (01.05.-20.06. and 01.10.-31.10) free cancellation up to 3 days prior to the arrival, if cancelled after or in case of no show cancellation fee is 100%.
Season I (01.01.-30.04. and 01.11.-31.12.) free cancellation up to 1 days prior to the arrival, if cancelled after or in case of no show cancellation fee is 100%.
In case of early departure, the Hotel reserves the right to charge a penalty up to the total stay or remaining nights.
