No penalty will be charged if the guest cancels the reservation 24h before the arrival due to the infection with Covid-19 virus.
The Hotel requires an official document which confirms above stated or the obligatory quarantine/self-isolation as a proof.
In a case of no-show or cancelation up to 24h before the arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged with the possibility to re-book in the same season level, or to pay the rate difference (if the new period of stay is in the higher season).
To ensure the right to re-book in another period, clients need to send the positive Covid-19 test, proof of obligatory quarantine or self-isolation to the hotel.
